Medical Life Care Solutions

Everything about this engagement in one place. What it is, what it costs, how it runs week to week, and a place to say yes, hold, or ask me something first. No login, nothing to download.

The proposal

Content Foundation

$950 a month
  • Three posts a week, written for LinkedIn first and adapted to a second channel.
  • A documented brand system built for you. Colors, type, voice, and the rules that hold it together. Included, not billed as onboarding.
  • Every graphic built inside that system.
  • We schedule and publish on your accounts once you approve. You never log into a scheduler.
  • A monthly performance report and a thirty minute strategy call.
  • Three month initial term, billed monthly, then it renews month to month on thirty days written notice.

How the work runs

Two things come from you. Everything else comes from us.

What you provide. Photos and material you already have, because phone photos of real work beat stock every time. Talking points, meaning what is happening and what you want known this month. Bullet points are fine. One approval a week, from one named person. That is the entire ask.

What you never do. You never write a caption, build a graphic, log into a scheduler, or wonder whether something went out. You never hear that we need content by Friday.

The rhythm

What gets reported

Four things, every month. Posts delivered against what was promised. Reach, meaning how many people actually saw the work. Engagement rate, measured against published data for your sector rather than only against last month. And actions taken, meaning profile visits, link clicks, and inbound that traces back to a post.

We cannot see your sales pipeline, so we do not report customers added as if we caused them. When a deal traces back to a post, we show you the trail. Otherwise we do not take the credit.

The first two weeks

Week one. We document your brand, get access to your channels, and you name one approver. We build the first month's calendar and send it to you whole.

Week two. The first batch lands for your approval. Once you approve, we schedule and publish on your accounts.

Want to talk it through first?

Thirty minutes, whichever suits. Tim is welcome but does not need to be there.

Send it to me

Whatever you click comes straight to me. You do not need to write an email afterward.
